This page helps you use the Claude connector when your account belongs to more than one company.

Switch to the right company

The connector works with one company at a time. To change company:

1. Sign in at app.webfacemedia.com.
2. Switch to the organization you want.
3. Reconnect the connector in Claude.

Fix the connector to one company

You can also point the connector at one company by adding ?org= to the connector address, followed by your company’s short name, its organization id or its name. For example:

https://mcp.webfacemedia.com/mcp?org=yourcompany

This only works for a company you belong to.
