Your team on Desk
This page helps you understand how your team gets into webfaCe Desk.
Who can sign in
Section titled “Who can sign in”Your company has one shared Desk. For now, Desk sign-in is for your company’s owners and Admins only.
Staff (Members) are not added yet. They will be once Desk can tell people apart, so that each person acts as themselves.
Signing in with Google
Section titled “Signing in with Google”Each person signs in with Google. The Google account must use the same email address as their webfaCeMEdia account.
To give an owner or Admin access, add them to your company with the Admin role. See Your team and sign-in.
When someone leaves
Section titled “When someone leaves”When you remove someone from your company, they can no longer sign in to Desk with Google. Desk checks your team every 30 minutes, so the change can take up to that long to reach Desk.
If you need it to happen sooner, contact us and we will sync your team straight away.
Logins that use a password are never removed by this check. If someone who leaves had a password login, contact us to remove it.
