What your plan includes
This page helps you see which webfaCeMEdia products your company has.
If webfaCeMEdia looks after your business, you are on one of two service plans:
- Website plan: we build and look after your website.
- Full plan: everything in the Website plan, plus your Agent.

A few products are set up separately, whatever your plan. The table shows which.

Products set up separately
Section titled “Products set up separately”webfaCe Desk comes with your company only if you have it. It opens at <company>.webfacedesk.app. If you are not sure whether you have it, contact us.
webfaCe Bookings works once we have set up a booking page for your business. Your Getting started page shows whether it is ready and whether your calendar is connected.
The Ads page in Insights appears only when webfaCeMEdia runs ads for your business.
webfaCe Inbox works inside Gmail with your webfaCeMEdia account. Contact us if you want it for your company. See Using Inbox in Gmail.
Plans for building a site yourself
Section titled “Plans for building a site yourself”These are the plans on the Plans page in the planner (Open plans on your Getting started page shows them with prices):

| Premium | Two sites, plus the add-ons — including your Agent. |
| Solo | For building sites for your clients: design previews to send them, sites made in bulk from a list. |
| Agency | Everything in Solo, under your brand, with no batch limit and team seats. |
Building is free; publishing needs Hosting or above.
Your Getting started page
Section titled “Your Getting started page”Your Getting started page lists the steps for your company, with what is done and what is left. It is at app.webfacemedia.com/planner/onboarding/<your business>. We send you the link. Sign in with your webfaCeMEdia account to open it.
