Getting access

This page helps you get access to your website editor, for yourself or for someone on your team.

Access to the website editor is by invitation to your site’s editor project. It is separate from your Insights team.

Get a teammate added

1. Email support@webfacemedia.com with your teammate’s name and email address.
2. We invite them to your site’s editor project.
3. They accept the invitation and can then sign in at yoursite/admin.

If you cannot sign in

Check you are using the email address that was invited. If it still does not work, contact support@webfacemedia.com or call 647.286.5045.
