Weekly email
This page helps you understand the weekly email and how to turn it on or off for someone.
What it is
Section titled “What it is”Every Monday, the site’s owner email and everyone with weekly reports on get an email about your website. It covers the website, chat and ads reports, and QR code scans from Print & QR.
Share the report
Section titled “Share the report”Each weekly email has a See the full report button. It opens that week’s report as a web page, and anyone with the link can open it without signing in. Forward the email to share the report with someone who does not have an account.
Because anyone with the link can see the report, only forward it to people you want to see your website’s numbers.
Turn it on or off
Section titled “Turn it on or off”You need to be an Admin.
- Open Team in Insights.
- Under Weekly reports, find the person. Their status shows On or Off.
- Choose Turn on or Turn off.
If you are a Member and want the email, ask an Admin.
When someone is removed from your company, they are taken off the list automatically.
The owner email always gets it
Section titled “The owner email always gets it”Each site has an owner email. That address always gets the Monday email, whatever the Team page shows. Turning someone Off, or removing them, only takes them off the extra people on the list.
