What you can ask
This page helps you understand what you can ask Claude once webfaCeMEdia is connected. ChatGPT (see Using webfaCeMEdia in ChatGPT) and webfaCe Desk can do the same.
Everyone
Section titled “Everyone”- Your site: read your website’s pages and edit them.
- Analytics: ask how your site is doing.
- Leads: see enquiries from your website.
- Ads: see your ads and how they are doing.
- Social drafts: work on social posts.
Admins only
Section titled “Admins only”- Approve, decline or pause ads.
- Answer a proposed change to an ad.
Full plan
Section titled “Full plan”- Contacts: look up and update contacts.
- Campaigns: see your email campaigns.
Let it make the edit for you
Section titled “Let it make the edit for you”You do not have to open your website editor for small changes. Ask, check what it proposes, and say yes:
- “Change the phone number on the contact page to 416 555 0100.”
- “Add a question to the FAQ: do you offer weekend appointments? Yes, Saturdays 10 to 2.”
- “Make the homepage headline say we now serve Mississauga too.”
- “Replace the photo on the About page with this one.” (attach the photo)
It reads the page first, changes only what you asked, and tells you what it changed. Open the page afterwards to check it. For anything bigger, such as a new page layout, ask us.
