Publishing and after launch
Generate your site
Section titled “Generate your site”On the project page, choose Generate Site. It turns the project into a working website on a preview address (ending in .webfacemedia.dev) and takes a few minutes. You can close the page; it keeps running, and the project page shows where it is or what went wrong.
Generating needs a plan — Hosting (one live site) or above. Choose one on the Plans page (Open plans on your Getting started page). See Plans for building a site yourself.
Changes before you go live
Section titled “Changes before you go live”Keep editing in the builder, then choose Redeploy to publish the builder’s pages again. Redeploy replaces anything edited in the website editor since the last publish, so before launch, make your changes in the builder.
Going live on your domain
Section titled “Going live on your domain”When you are happy, tell us your domain. We connect it and send you the two DNS records to add at your domain provider.
After launch
Section titled “After launch”Once the site is live on your domain, change it through your Desk, Claude or ChatGPT, or in the website editor — not in the builder.
More detail, with pictures: Publishing your site in the builder’s Help Center.
