Getting help

This page tells you how to reach us when something is not working or you are not sure how to do something.

Building your site in the planner? The ? beside each control and the builder’s Help Center answer most how-to questions, with pictures.

What to include

To help us answer quickly, tell us:

  1. Your company name.
  2. Which product you were using (for example Insights, your Agent, the website editor or webfaCe Desk).
  3. What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
  4. A screenshot, if you can take one.

Things we do for you

Some changes are made by us rather than in the product. Contact us to:

  • Add a teammate to your website editor. See Getting access.
  • Link a new website to your company in Insights.

Refer a business

Know a business we could help? Introduce us: email info@webfacemedia.com with their name, their business and how to reach them, or send them to webfacemedia.com.
